Lots of little ones in hot tub which was why we chose this hotel but never was able to enjoy. Bar and grill was inconveniently closed as well. Otherwise, besides these issues, clean hotel and quiet after 10pm when pool closed.

Clean, quiet, and friendly! We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the DTH. We knew from other reviews that they property was being renovated but most areas that we saw, new or old, were very clean and it looked all in really good condition. Our room was renovated and the couch was comfy and the beds. The room was clean and very quiet! We loved the pool area. The pool water was cold, but it was ok once you got used to it. The hot tub was very nice and was larger than most hot tubs being able to accommodate a lot of people. The water was clean and wasn't too harsh with chemicals. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and I even received check in texts from the property to ensure our stay was going well. Although we didn't go to the restaurant, it was nice having that as an option. I highly recommend this property.

It is an older hotel, and only some areas have been updated. The bathroom in our room was likely updated in the past year or less, which is nice, except the door to the bathroom is now a sliding barn door that does not lock or latch, and because it was not installed well, the door slides open more than half way, no matter what you do, allowing zero privacy. Cleanliness overall was average. Staff was friendly.
