The outside is very poorly maintained, and I was very worried about what I’d find on the inside when I pulled up. When I went in, they were not able to accommodate a 1-hr early check-in at all. The lobby where other guests and I waited appeared clean and well-maintained. The restaurant is currently under construction and not open. I use the bathroom off the lobby, which had had only one working sink, and said working sink appeared to contain vomit. Once we got up to our room, that initially appeared to be clean. The bathroom left some doubt—the lotion had not been replaced and had been almost entirely used, and we didn’t have soap. Thankfully, we only stayed for one short night. I was grateful to be out of there this morning.

The room was not clean, the TV wouldn’t work right. The rooms smelled and the area around the hotel was not maintained or cleaned properly . Elevators dirty ice was sticky and messy. This hotel is also very understaffed.

Bathrooms were filthy, poop on toilet seat and no toilet paper. Restaurant/bar and breakfast were advertised but the restaurant was closed due to health and safety. Patio was also closed. It’s located just off a freeway and not close to anything. I would strongly advise looking at an alternative hotel.

The ice machines were out and the hotel had one bag of ice to use for guests, so needless to say we did not have ice anywhere in the hotel the entire stay. The pool area had no working lights. Our room had not been cleaned well as they're were DOZENS of old.room keys in our closet area and a Tupperware of dog biscuits (obviously brought by a previous guest) that was forgotten on top of the microwave cabinet. The restaurant was 'under construction' to get back to code. We stayed here two years ago and the hotel was 'under construction'. NOTHING has changed. Very outdated and seemingly no one cares. The only amenity that they did have was a coffee bar and when i went down at 9am they were out of coffee. Horrible. Neighbors woke us up with screaming kids at 7am on a Sunday and the front desk didnt even answer the phone. The front desk staff at check-in was pleasant and very nice. The only good part of the stay.

The bed was good, room was neat, and the pool was operating. The hotel had an odd smell. The restaurant was under renovation and closed. Staff was kind and helped me out when there was a misunderstanding and I was not checked in the first night so was not able to get into my room the second evening when I got back. Overall a good stay.

We had a room with a king size bed and a pull out couch. There was no bedding for the pullout. We also never found the remote for the tv. Its also bery noisey. There must have been a family in the room upstairs or next to us. When we woke up in the morning we could hear the kids running around, almost like they were in the same room.

Pictures are deceiving! Hotel is in poor shape, both maintenance wise and cleanliness. Restaurant was closed so no breakfast was available. Patio was closed to the riverfront due to nesting geese. No compensation for either was offered. Hot tub was aged and dirty. Way overpriced for such a low end.

I’m not usually one to be fussy or nitpicky…but the room was not clean, socks left by previous guests, trash on bathroom floor, mystery stains in the fridge, on the table and bathroom counter. I cleaned things up but probably should have just went and asked for a different room.

There was only one elevator that did not work very well. No breakfast, even though it said there would be. It was supposed to be non smoking but it smelled like weed. Also it was also noisy.

The showers in the locker room did not work. The pool had fans randomly sitting around the pool deck. The hallways and stairwells were well worn and in need of paint. No restaurant on property or continental breakfast.

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. I have traveled to many cities, and unfortunately, this was one of the least satisfactory stays I have had. The bathroom was not well maintained, and basic amenities like drinking water were not provided in the room. The room itself appeared quite old, the beds were uncomfortable, and the floor was not clean. Additionally, the bathroom was very small and could use improvement. I also found the check-in experience to be less welcoming than expected. Overall, I believe there is significant room for improvement, especially considering the price.

The staff were friendly and quick. The room was okay. The smoke detector was missing from the wall (the mounting plate was still there). The thermostat was not attached fully to the wall and the toilet seat was not screwed down on one side. The overall cleanliness of the room was okay, but the hotel overall could use some updates and repairs.
