「When we got to the room I found a piece of condom rap on the floor and there was a small insect crawling on the wall. The activities wasn’t bad could’ve been better」

「We absolutely LOVED staying here. We had a 1-bedroom suite and stayed for a few days (we have a 4 year old and 8 month old). Felt like we were staying in an apartment because of all of the amenities. They also had the best continental breakfast I've had anywhere; they had gluten free options, healthy breakfast options and dairy free milk. Everything was clean and had 0 smell. 「There were activities for all ages, especially kids which was a great plus. The resort is a bit secluded and we wish there could have been more options for eating. We placed a room delivery order from one of the on site restaurants which did not arrive for more than 90 minutes. I had to go pick it up and the food was cold by then. They were nice enough to give few add ons for free. The resort was may be 25 % occupied and they could have given us a better room, but they gave us a room which was...

「The place was horrible the bathroom was so small you had to step over the toilet to get to the shower. You have to leave the door open to even go to the bathroom. Extension cords everywhere in the room to run tv lights and space heater. The light fixture was falling out of the ceiling I want a refund and so glad you asked for a review. 」
