「I had a great stay at the Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel in Scranton while visiting for my sons orientation at Scranton University. The check-in process was fast and easy, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and my room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel’s historic charm makes it a unique place to stay, and the excellent service made the experience even better. 「The building was quite old, elevators were extremely old and slow, the “gym” barely had anything 2 treadmills and some dumbbells and nothing suitable for a decent workout. The toilet in our room made a loud pitched noise every time we flushed and the worst part of our stay was having staff try to enter our room without knocking, and then 15-20 minutes later they tried to enter a second time ( they did knock the second time). but they wanted to know if we were checking out even though it was...
