「Room was great with high end mattresses and clean like one would expect . We arrived at 12:30 pm and check in wasnt an issue at all . Will stay here again for certain. 」

「I found this experience to be pretty disappointing. I'd lived in Scranton for a long time but had never stayed here until this visit. My wife and I booked a nice room on the top floor and I was eager to see what it was like. I found the reception to be abrupt and unpleasant right from the start. The room itself seemed fine at first. It wasn't until the next day that I found a cockroach. This is bad enough but the front desk seemed unconcerned about this, didn't apologize and only sent...

「The place was horrible the bathroom was so small you had to step over the toilet to get to the shower. You have to leave the door open to even go to the bathroom. Extension cords everywhere in the room to run tv lights and space heater. The light fixture was falling out of the ceiling I want a refund and so glad you asked for a review. 」
