We were visiting in the Honesdale area and it was by far the nicest place to stay in the area. Convenient covered parking on site, lovely outdoor patio, convenient to Lackawanna River walking trail. Room was spacious and very clean and made up every day. The included breakfast was adequate but poorly or understaffed as items like juice and silverware were not replenished without asking. I would recommend hotel to anyone staying in the area and would stay there again should the occasion arise.

The room was very nice. Great water pressure, comfortable beds. Plenty of space. The breakfast was above average for an American hotel breakfast - there was eggs, sausage, home fries, French toast, bagels, cereal, fruit - etc.

For a $240 a night hotel, the rooms are nice, but they need to address the other areas… the front desk clerk was a little lost and the restaurant doesn’t have a $3 bottle of malt vinegar for their fish and chips. Also the concrete pavers are cracked in the patio area. If your gonna charge top price, step it up a little…

We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful manager when we checked in. The lobby is very clean and beautiful. The bar and restaurant were staff were very polite and efficient. Food and drinks were delicious! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, but could use an updating and painting refresh. But our stay was very nice and I would recommend this hotel.
