「I had to switch my room because there was mold in the bathroom, sink was broken, carpet was stained. Front desk was nice though」

「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」

「The Hotel is located next to a lot of great stores and restaurants. It was clean, staff was polite and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again. 」

「Notre séjour était parfait! La chambre avec cuisine était moderne, spacieuse et très propre. Le personnel était très sympathique et accueillant. Nous avions également droit à 2 consommations gratuites par personne durant le « happy hour », une agréable surprise que nous avons appris dès notre arrivée. La buanderie était propre et fonctionnelle (4$/ lessive). Le buffet du déjeuner était petit mais suffisant. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre court séjour!」

「Awful stay for all 3 rooms. We had to pay $25 for parking, and then we all thought it was odd that the rooms had ear plugs on the nightstand. There was jack hammering ALL NIGHT and we barely slept, that side of the hotel facing the roadwork should not have been allocated to guests. Leaving ear plugs on hotel guests nightstands is not an adequate solution. 」

「Everything was good except the room when I get there the room is very a lot of trash in the containers, but everything else is good. I don’t make complaints no more because I’m already tired. I want to sleep.」

「I was there for UF’s graduation. The hotel was clean , the staff was friendly, and the location was close to everything we needed. I will be back soon!」
