「I checked out around 10:30 give or take. At approximately noon I figured out I had left my wallet in the hotel room. I immediately called the front desk and explained to the gentleman who answered my problem. He asked me to hold and he would ask housekeeping. After a couple minutes he told me that yes my wallet was in the room along with a white plastic bag with chargers and some medicine. 「Perfect. Room is equipped like a 5 stars hotel. You can feel how employee and management think how to make a difference caring about customers. Just an example, from 5pm to 7pm there are free snack and drinks. What is more important (for average travelers) you can rest in a quiet and comfortable room.」
