「Nice hotel. We were driving back home from Tampa and just wanted a place to stay the night that was out of the city (Tampa) and cut a little time off out trip. The pool area was very nice and was a draw to the hotel. Unfortunately there happened to be a boys' baseball tournament going on, so there were about 5,000 little boys in the pool area (maybe a slight exaggeration). That's not detraction from the hotel. They were having fun, and it's just part of staying at hotel. The only negative from...

「Property has had some renovations I dont think they are done yet. The elevators one didnt work properly and they had lots of odors. I couldnt press certain numbers. Breakfast was ok but offered cereal and had no milk available. Ran out and it was early. Personally my hotel I am running out to store to get it. However, I was impressed how nice the staff was. Definitely a plus. They need to finish more upgrades in the rooms. No usb charging offered by bed table no alarm clock.」

「Front desk and breakfast staff very friendly and helpful. Large room, clean and comfortable beds. Loved the Dove toiletries bathroom had good lighting.」

「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」
