「 When I got to the hotel and they sent me up to the room the closet door would not move they were so heavy call downstairs they gave us another room but nobody came to clean the room they charge me an extra money to come in to check in early but by the time I checked in it with the regular time and I still got charged there was no Towers the breakfast was the best thing going for the money that we spent to stay there goes to worst day we ever had I would like a refund」

「It had a bar/food in the hotel. It was not open all the time but for us it was open when it mattered. The food was great! The hotel was clean, there were options for you to buy when you were there like sodas. It was a good stay although we did not go to the casino.」

「I checked in and was provided a room. My wife is in a wheelchair. The room was not wheelchair accessible. They changed room to an "accessible room"(?) which the wheelchair brushed both the wall and bed footboard at the same time. The beds were hard as a 2" PC of foam on a piece of plywood. The lights from the "Mall" across the road shined in the window all night... I will never stay there again.」
