「The room was very clean. There was very little conditioner left in the shower. I let staff know and he said he would let staff know. He appreciated me telling. Breakfast food and coffee were full and staff kept the tables and chairs clean and orderly. I would stay here again.」

I go to my room and it’s dirty. My socks were stained black and I was only there one night. The sheets had various stains on them which was concerning. 「The hotel was a good do nothing hotel. The problem I had is the locks were not very safe. It had a key button lock that the code never changed so any of the past residence of this hotel could get into your room if they want to and there was no permanent lock to lock to where nobody could get in no matter what the inside this should be addressed and fixed immediately very unsafe」

「Only ice maker that worked was on third floor. Several days the elevators did not work. Treadmill stopped working while we were staying there.」

「The parking lot was nice and big, no problems getting into and leaving the property. I tried to check the tub drain and it came out of the tub drain mechanism. But I didn’t want a bath so I didn’t worry about it, and left the piece in the tub area. The WiFi worked well with no connection problems. My wife said the coffee at the front desk was very good. She absolutely needs her coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Staff was very nice. Good location. Room was overall mostly clean, but there was a red stain on carpet by the bathroom sink that I probably would have cleaned for future guests. Bathroom smelled of urine, not sure if shower curtain needs to be washed/replaced but that was a bit off-putting as well. This is for room 408 by the way.」
