「Everything is broken, poor hygiene, dirty everywhere, breakfast cake juice, coffee is like water」

「Do not stay here despite the cheap rates. The pics were probably when they first opened. Its absolutely the worse property I have ever stayed in. Its like they don't even try to clean the room. 」

「Check in process was easy however once in our room our experience is as followed. Our counter tops were covered in sticky substance, someone else’s belongings were on shelves, pubic hair in shower, shower curtain stained, cabinets wouldn’t shut, toilet leaked, some sort of blood/mud colored substance on the floor in bathroom. We attempted to call regarding the toilet and the phone wouldn’t work. Went down to front desk and they offered to adjusted our room location. Once in our new room, our AC...

「And all my years of travelling this by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The general manager was unbelievably unprofessional. Other patrons that were staying there long-term were drunk and belligerent in the hotel lobby, and it was obvious they were good friends with the general manager. We received threats from both the patrons and the GM to the point that we had to leave after a long day of travel and minding our own business. Absolutely unreal」

「Absolutely horrible experience! Booked (2) rooms month or so ago prior to needing it only to get to property to be told I was “relocated” to a different hotel with no knowledge of where we were to stay. Had no option but to pay almost double what I was originally to pay at a different hotel, and we all had to cram into one room. 0/10 star for this horrible experience!」

「It was not disclosed that the property was under construction, the pictures on line were of the completed property. When checking in, we were given a double queen when we booked a King, and the front desk was not apologetic at all, just "sorry, nothing I can do about it". Also, there wasn't a working ice machine to be found. Upon showering, there was also no conditioner, container was empty. Poor experience over all.」

「We chose to stay outside of Pittsburgh for the Morgan Wallen concert. Bonus: this hotel is directly across from the entrance to Tanger outlets. Great, convenient location. Quiet area, not much noise from outside.」

「I have never stayed at Candlewood Suites before. I highly recommend it! Staff was able to get me in for early check in. My suite was large and very comfortable. The room was immaculate. Kudos to Their staff!!」

「A wonderful place to feel at home away from home. Excellent hot breakfast with fruit salad and friendly conversation. A beautifully renovated large old country home in the middle of a rural village. Definitely will be back.」
