「When arrived ,the young man at service desk was very friendly and accommodating,,the room was clean and neat,and comfortable,,,but when ready to leave the lady at desk ,was ask by other guest for bread for toast,and her was remark was breakfast was was over in 10 mins ,she couldn't see if there was bread ,,,I didn't think that was very good customer care,,,, 」

「An ok hotel, not so many amenities, but quiet, and clean. Ubers and taxis are scarce in Wheeling, and the hotel does not provide a shuttle.」

「Staff was friendly. The beds were comfy, air conditioner worked great. Set up in room was great with a kitchen area. (Bring your own coffee pot , cups and plates.. those are not in the room) but there was always coffee down in the lobby! Room was pretty clean.. i did notice our floor could have been vacuumed better.. but over all.. would definitely stay there again. Great rates!! 」

「Kimberly on front desk was very helpful and provided us with handicap room close to elevators. She went out of the way in looking after our safety and comfort. We had a comfy stay. Thank you Kimberly」

「The room was clean. The front desk was very helpful. The water pressure was very low in the bathroom! Our key cards did not work in the main doors to come in didn't work. 」

「Rooms were decent and the staff was good. The mattresses felt like they should have been replaced 10 years ago. If it wasn't age they were some of the cheapest springy things I've ever felt in a hotel. They were terrible.」
