2/10 Terrible

"Unfortunately, this was not a good experience for us. The towels had not been cleaned. They had very visible dark spots, as if some maintenance or repair personnel had used them to clean their hands. The other towel was so worn that it no longer looked white. There were scuff marks on the wall and the shower liner. I do believe that this was related to a specific repair or maintenance job done that day and possibly not a consistent issue, but they should have cleaned it and provided new towels. We had hoped to take showers after a long day driving, but we couldn't even do that. The rest of the room was mostly fine. The floor had not been vacuumed. And the floor in the hallway was also very dirty and had clearly not been vacuumed in a long time. Lastly, the people staying at the hotel are noisy throughout. This seems to be a hotel that houses local workers and/or locals temporarily away from home. There were a couple noisy parties going on and only settled after about 1am. The fact that the staff member had to complete our check-in through a security slot is evidence enough that the area is not safe. Staff seemed friendly enough and probably not to blame for these problems, but for anyone traveling with a family and kids I would advise looking elsewhere."

"I have to start with how impressed I was with this hotel. Usually this chain doesn't impress, but this hotel really did. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. They have a nice indoor pool and spa, a hotel bar that opens around 6:30PM and a nice breakfast that closes a little early but it was good. The room I had was perfect for what I needed and the price was right!!!"

"What a pleasant experience I had at this hotel. I was in the area for a funeral, and had driven a long way. The front desk clerk was so friendly and upgraded my room since they were not sold out. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a nice outdoor patio area with a fountain where I sat to read a book. The property was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Coffee and hot water were available in the lobby all the time, along with cookies. I would recommend it."

"This is our go-to hotel to stay at when we have our girls weekends in the area. Staff is always helpful and property was always well maintained. We just stayed again after a little while of not staying/seeing the property. To our surprise it has been renovated and looks great! We will definitely be back!"

"Our room was not cleaned upon arrival at 8:30pm and we had toddlers ready for bed. They were booked but after some serious conversation they gave us someone else's room while they called housekeeping in to clean our original room. The next morning at 8am we went to get 2 towels because only 2 were in the room for 4 adults, the desk didn't open til 9am. Then went to have some cereal and there are no kitchen supplies at all: no utensils, plates, cups, bowls or cookware. What's the point of staying in an extended stay if we have to go buy all that? And just another FYI, housekeeping only comes in every 14 days!"
