「The stay was...OK my Toilet was running and would not stop. Then the AC was not working so the room was very warm. The front desk said they sent someone in to fix the AC while we were out, but it still did not work. Check out was the worst part. I prepaid for the stay through Expedia $527.41 then I was billed $395.27 and then another $420.75 using the card I put on file for incidentals for a stay I had already paid for. When I contacted the manager at the hotel, she was very rude and just said...

「We were pleasantly surprised by Fisher Inn Resort! While checking inn we were met with such kindness by the staff. Our room was beautiful and updated. The views of the ocean were stunning! My husband and I will definitely be booking this hotel again when we return to the Keys!」

「The property in the employees were great. However, the shower didn’t work properly and we had to call Maintenance right away. I feel that those sorts of things should be checked by Maintenance before each new customer arrival. Also, each time we left the room the room should have been cleaned. It wasn’t. Other than that everything was great.」
