Room was nice, people were lovely and kind and resort beautiful. Sticker SHOCK at the resort fees (daily) parking fees (what can I do once I'm here?), the food and drink prices - outrageous. All of this and one of the main adult-only restaurant/bar wasn't even open and no service on the adult side ...

Check in was great. The elevator was out in our building and they failed to let us know at check- in. We were on the 3rd floor and had to use the stairs.
