"I loved this property and in the right season it would have the most amazing views. Unfortunately we were there during the wildfires, so we only were able to see the lake. Still beuatiful and reasonably priced with delicious food and service. "

"I had a great stay! The staff is professional, attentive, and friendly. The building seems to be well constructed and well done. Quality furnishings and fixtures. Hot water in the shower with lots of pressure. The airport shuttle service was very appreciated. On top of everything, it was exceptionally affordable. I highly recommend that you stay here while in Pokhara."

"Such a friendly place. The room was large, with good air con and hot water. It's not luxury but that's not what we expected for the price, and the extra touches such as the homemade soap/shampoo bar and unlimited drunking water were great. The highlights though were how lovely and helpful the staff were, and the breakfast was so good - different hot options every day with always the choice to have toast or waffles as well as fruit and yoghurt. Great value as it's included in the room price."

"A wonderful family run hotel. Service was excellent. Nothing was was to much trouble. Breakfast was huge & cooked to order. Would strongly recommend this hotel. And would definately stay here again. Bibas gave a superb service from working in reception to waiting on the tables at breakfast. I must give him 10 out of 10."

Adam was super helpful, though some information was not correct (i.e., I asked if I could use an app for transport from the airport to the hotel and he said yes, but this is not permitted-- and on this point, take up his offer for transport as the price is better than the taxis). That said, I returned and stayed again because I liked the place so much! "

"Location is excellent. Quieter street, just a block up from busier Lakeside Rd. Very helpful staff, including their own trekking outfit to help you arrange drivers and/or porters. Muesli,banana, and hot milk and chai were my breakfast choice. Lovely garden. Near best cafe (Am/PmOrganic Cafe) and good restaurants. So helpful with arranging transportation for day trips. Kind, friendly, helpful, clean and great price. We stayed here three times...why tamper with success. Very good value."

"Very pretty location, perfect spot for relaxing in Pokhara. Particularly liked breakfast around the pool and the balcony facing the pool. There’s room for improvement all minor, wont spoil your stay. Pokhara is great for gifts to take home. Recommend a ride in the new Annapurna cable car. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"This is the third time coming to the Nar Bis Hotel and I have never been disappointed. SANTOSH and his lovely family are so kind and generous.The hotel is alittle way out of main Pokhara but well worth the walk ,taxi or bus into town as it is so peaceful and with such amazing views over the lake.There are little shops around for necessities and a couple of really chilled out beach bars a few meters away.The rooms are large and very comfortable and each has a balcony with the best views ever.Free...

"The room and facilities would have been perfectly good and satisfying, had the price been a bit lower. Instead, the hotel has an air of grandeur that it fails to deliver on. The room I got was small, dark and kind of grotty. The lock barely worked, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all and the shower was barely adequate. The bed was a bit firmer than I like, too, but I accept that’s a personal preference."

"Everything was perfect But i requested a birthday cake for my wife and management said they would arrange it but till the day we left. No one responded nor tried to arrange it and front desk didnt even know about it. Communication was horrible."

"Amazing location just a few minutes walk from Lakeside. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the fact that the street was quiet at night due to not being on the center of the main road. Very clean and generous rooms with a balcony throughout the property. The hosts were extremely accommodating and a very nice family. If you’re looking for a place to stay that is very close to the lake but enjoy a peaceful accommodation, this place would be it!"
