「Reservation was cancelled right before we showed up. (Called and let them know we would be late.). No one wrote it down apparently. We were able to rebook a room. Found used condoms in our trash can upon arrival. Not ideal.」

「The A/C was broken, did not function at all; the shower door has high pitch squeaking sound every time i closed it. Everything else is good.」

「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「What a horrible experience my sister and I had, the rooms were very dated and dirty. The 1st room we were given was in a totally unacceptable condition. The bed covers were wrinkled both looking as if they’d been laid on, the pullout couch where my little nieces would sleep had dirty spots, bleached out stains no covers were provided for it in the original room nor the room we had to move to which was just doable, though not much better especially the couch. Had the girls just sleep with us. We...
