「We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed」

「Nice clean room , nice area, lobby area nice and clean, friendly staff, good experience after all, except the breakfast part, I was expecting better than that.」

「Don’t expect to have your room serviced if you’re going to be there for more than a day, some staff were helpful and that’s just 2 at the front desk. Unfortunately during my time there the property experienced a power outage from a thunderstorm」

And told us to call Expedia for the return of our money so we called and they said the manager told them there was no report of this happening he wasn't going to return our...
