"Kelly at the front desk was Amazing. She greeted me with a big smile and was very personable. I booked a room late and there was an issue. Kelly worked with me and hotels.com and we got it figured out very quickly. Kelly was outstanding!!"

We did visit the Ford Museum, which we would rate excellent - we were there primarily to visit family and hope to tour other areas on our next visit. Our visit was limited to other areas due to the snow storm during our short visit.
