The pool area was also disappointing. It was small, dirty, overcrowded with kids, and there seemed to be no staff monitoring or organizing the area, which made it feel chaotic and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, or maintenance. I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made."
