「Room wasn’t as pictured. Visibly dirty with hair EVERYWHERE. Looked almost like a dingy motel almost. I complained and they didn’t move me but did come and “clean”. There was still hair. Construction was annoying and the room I was out in was next to a loud family. Did not get much quiet. Was also watched and followed on my floor by some sketchy guy.」

「Parking lot had many potholes and there was not enough parking for the number of guests. We were notified that the elevator was not working on Thursday and that we could cancel our stay. That was not an option considering we were staying in Fenton due to a bowling tournament. 」
