Clean, spacious, bright room. Clean efficient bathroom with good shower pressure. The common areas were large, clean, bright and well appointed. A really pleasant experience!
Just make sure you hit the checkmark after you put your door code in. They also didnât supply towels in one of the rooms we rented. Overall the place was good for the night we rented it for.
I'd never stayed in a setup like this but I found it worked well for my needs! It was less chaotic and offered more space and amenities than a traditional hotel. It was a nice central location in Ann Arbor but was nice and quiet. Anyone coming town for a Michigan game or other campus event would probably be comfortable here.

We booked two rooms for our trip. Our rooms were booked by the host in separate buildings...far from each other. Both of the rooms we were given were not cleaned upon our arrival, which was well after the check in time. It took a while to get new rooms. I had to go out of my way to suggest that our rooms, which were booked together, were in the same building.
The rooms were nice. I will say that I didn't feel very safe as a women staying on this property. There isn't much protecting you from strangers. The room doors have deadbolts but with no employees onsite I didn't feel as safe.
The rooms were very clean and as expected.
You can hear everything going on in the rooms above you. So, if you are a light sleeper this may not be your best option.
It was nice having onsite parking in a secure garage. It would have been nicer if we were able to access the garage by one of the other doors closer to our assigned building, rather than having to navigate all the way back to the garage door itself. The garage door is closest to building 1-5...if you are staying the the other higher number buildings you will need to lug your luggage a long way.
I'd stay here with a group. I would not stay here alone as a woman for safety reasons. You are better off at a hotel.
2/5âïž Highlights:
1) Very dark surroundings, no street lights, terrible parking. Parked a block away. Potholes everywhere.
2)Digital check-in was not sent prior. After contacting the host for the check in link the site failed to work. Had to send ID and selfie directly to host. Spent an additional 30min just waiting to get inside.
3) Absolutely not friendly to disabled or those with poor conditioning. Stairs everywhere. Potholes everywhere. Solid ankles are required.
4) Every step you take indoors creaks or screams. The walls are thin. The Washer makes the door shake. Any form of speech is not private.
5) The WORST OF THE OFFENSES. Stall shower BUT the shower head will only wash a 6'3" person. I had to stand against the shower wall just to get my hair wet. I couldn't even get wet in a STALL SHOWER. I AM 5'8" and had to body the wall for a hair wash bro. đ« The shower head was tilted down as far as it would go. Literally just sprays the wall directly across at eye level.
Has premium aesthetic with detroit-esque renters special ambiance.

Communication was great, but the room was not clean. The sheets had black hairs everywhere. As soon as I looked under the bottom sheet, it was worse. The dust was awful too. And it got really hot during the night. Unfortunately, you have to share the temp with other guests staying. So keep that in mind. There was no refund offered. Just a new room in a totally different building, and my circumstances it wasnât an option. If it was actually cleaned and had clean sheets it wouldnât be a bad place to stay considering the location too and close to the hospital and other facilities.
