We had to leave the pool area because the chlorine was so strong the kids began coughing uncontrollably and our eyes were burning. Every person in the pool area was complaining of their eyes burning, even if they were not in the water. The hot tub was foamy with scum and dirt in the foam that I did not notice until I was already in. When I got out of the hot tub I had a dirt ring around my body at water level. Our room had filth all over the walls and surfaces, everything was out of date and falling apart, the handle even fell off in the shower. There were toys, food, dirty silverware, and more in the couch and it was apparent that the pull out beds in the couch were never checked to be cleaned. Garbage and dirty towels lined the hallways, some of it was there for our entire 3 day stay. The furniture in our room was outdated and worn out, and was mismatched. Our refrigerator was missing racks and the makeshift “shelf” that held the refrigerator in place was crooked and the fridge seemed to be falling. The TV in the room states that housekeeping is a daily service, yet we never seen them during our stay, our garbage was overflowing and we had to use makeshift garbage cans. We requested additional towels as we had a suite with 6 people in it and were only provided 4 towels, and it took several hours and a follow up request to receive them. As far as the breakfast that was included there are a lot of choices, but but everything was empty and not refilled in a timely manner.
