「唯一的缺点就是空调噪音太大了」

「The property was nice and close to everything. However, my husband got a gash on his leg when he hit a rod sticking out of the bed. Tried to get with staff and did not get any response. I also sent an email to the hotel when incident happened. I took pictures of the injury and the sharp rod sticking out. I would like to file a formal complaint because other people are going to get hurt. Please advise. Thank you」

「Not bad, I stayed there before but I was disappointed that the safe was not operational. I did report it and maintenance came but couldn't get it fixed. The toilet in our room was not working its best. We didn't even bother to report it because we knew it wasn't going to be repaired so we used the one in the lobby. Even the elevator was not working properly, only one was operable. They could have at least roped it off or put a sign stating that one is operable and the other is not.」
