「Perfect!!!!!」

「The room was clean the only bad thing room service never came by and cleaned the room. Had to keep going to the front desk for clean towels.」

「The staff at the front desk was NOT friendly or accommodating but the cleaning staff were very nice and friendly. There were two laundry rooms in my building and BOTH were out of service. We had to walk two buildings over. We had the give view suite so we had a lotWe stayed 4 nights and the suite with kitchen. The first few nights seemed fine but we saw small roaches the 3rd night - but they did send someone to spray immediately. What saved the entire trip was the amazing view and literally...

「Very good first day service with Mr sona checking us in. Unfortunately we had to ask for our room to be cleaned and we only got new towels, and bed was not changed or fixed. TV decided to not work, unsure why but things happen. Continental breakfast was very good and enjoyable each day!」
