We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. 「Property has made updates to the property making it really unique. The management at the location have been evasive about the charges associated with our stay. A receipt was given to us showing the charges for our stay, but when we looked at our credit card charge, it is totally different. Management has not returned calls.」
