「The room was not clean when I arrived. I called the front desk and they quickly wiped down the bathroom mirror and countertop, but it was very run down and dirty. I expected a standard level of cleanliness from a big hotel chain. I will not be staying at a Wyndham hotel again.」

「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.」

「We stayed an extra night and were out of the room all day no fresh towels and a light cleaning should have occurred. Trash from take out dinner was still in the way.」

「When I arrived at the hotel after paying for room they informed me that they had moved the booking to another of their properties that was 2 blocks away.... but when I told staff no I wanted to stay in this hotel they kept telling me it was an upgrade to a more Airbnb experience.. The queen bed room that I booked for 1 night for me and my bf was going to be moved to a 2 bedroom Airbnb. When I said if I could not get a room in the hotel than I wanted a refund they managed to find a queen room on...
