「The ac was broken and our room stayed around 85 degrees our entire stay. The staff did not like to be engaged and were quite annoyed when asked about amenities. They also do not want you to ask for extra pillows. We had 4 travelers the pillows they offer were very flat so we requested 3 additional which the hotel declined to provide 3 instead gave 2. The mattress was horribly uncomfortable and seems to have been in use for at least the last 35 years the sleeper sofa even worse but that’s...

「Very loud! The elevator was broken but they didn’t call me before we checked in,just asked me if we don’t accept it they can redound for me. Omg, it was 11pm, where u wanted me to go!」

「I really enjoyed this hotel and the staff was amazing. I really enjoyed the refreshments in our room and the two free drinks! Will be staying again!」

「Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, the bedsheets appeared unwashed, and the carpet was dirty and heavily stained. I woke up with red, itchy bug bites on both legs. The front desk staff was rude, and there was no airport shuttle available in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel.」

「It was a beautiful facility. The room was very well laid out. And parking in the garage was nicely located. We would definitely stay there again. Loved the room view. Staff was very helpful. And we the restaurant we chose to dine at was decent. But next time I would probably check out the one on the rooftop」
