Cons: the check-in staff seem to be tired and irritable, which made my customer service experience average. You could even hear one lady talk about how her job seems repetitive in how exhausted she was. I also don't like how there was no vending machines and you had to purchase something from the front desk with no prices label. I tried to buy Snickers and a water and it was almost $10! Lastly, my refrigerator did not work, so that was a bummer
Pros: my room was good for the most part minus the tissue box that looked a bit used up. It was also quiet and I like the fact that breakfast was included, even though it wasn't all that tasty. The muffins and the sausage was probably the best thing. The maintenance and housekeeping staff did not speak fluent English, but yet they still tried to be very helpful. I encourage someone to have a translation app just to make things easier for you.
Overall, I would say I had an above average experience. If someone is looking for decent prices and maybe a quick stay, then you would probably be OK stay here. If you're looking to do a full week or more, I would recommend probably going to a higher star hotel, just for a better experience. For the price they charge for a candy bar and water, you can go over to the restaurants in the plaza next to the hotel or order from the double tree by Hilton next door for cheaper deals on food, drinks, and snacks!
