「Major safety hazard and customer service. We stayed here on a weeknight to attend a local concert. Because the elevators were taking forever, we decided to take the stairs. Once the heavy door shut behind us, we were locked in. We tried doors on 5 different levels and all were locked. Banging on the doors yielded nothing, and if there had been an actual fire, we would have been trapped with no escape for over 20 minutes. Luckily I had my phone. I called the front desk and was put on hold...

「Unfortunately the restaurant was not open, closed for renovations. The coffee available was not very good and no lids were available so you could not easily take it to go. A pick up bagel or sweet roll or snack of some kind would have been nice to take when we had to leave early in the morning. The staff was lovely. The lady the checked us in was very helpful in finding local food options when the restaurant was closed for renovations.」
