「This was a nice hotel to stay at in a great location to downtown. It’s very close to everything. The staff was great. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff. They originally skipped cleaning our room, so I called to have it freshened up while we were going to be gone. We came back only to find one bed was made, none of the garbage was taken out, and the only thing they really did was bring fresh towels. They could do a much better job. Other than housekeeping, we had a great stay.」

「They kept calling up to my room saying someone was complaining about the noise in my room when all I was doing is watching tv and on the phone then I had to check out early….it felt like people」

「Placed a travel basketball team on the 4th floor above everyone and allowed them to dribble basketballs in the room at all hours of the night while parents got drunk in the lobby. Did nothing when I notified them and backed out of giving me a refund for one night. Ran by children, DONT GO」
