"Lovely comfy bed, lovely staff and food, fantastic location"

"Toooo hooot , it was like in a sauna. The water was burning no cold water at all, the mattress mas punching us in the back the worst mattress ive ever seen. No air-conditioning not even on the holl, everywhere was too hot, and the smell was unbearable. Never again i would not recommend this place. I found places much cheaper with better conditions. "I couldn't get in to the property. I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. I rang Hotels.com, who were very helpful. But they were unable to get me a refund. I had not read the reviews for the place, but I sugest that if you want to make booking...

"It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "
