Room above a busy pub so (as expected) noise late night at weekend. The room was OK, clean and warm but don't expect anything special, the price of the room reflects that compared to other places in Ryde. No shampoo or shower gel provided, so I got some from nearby pound land. Check in was handled quickly and friendly. Biggest problem was an awful stench in one of the corridors leading to the room and a pile of discarded furniture/junk too.

Clean room, good value, very friendly and accommodating staff. Our room was above the pub on a Friday and Saturday night so it was noisy until close but earplugs did the job.

Lovely hotel on the upper floor of the sports pub. Despite the noisy pub downstairs, the rooms are quiet and well isolated. Very helpful and kind personnel. Perfect location in the centre pf Ryde.

Traffic Noise , drunk people downstairs talking loud, construction work waking me up at 6.30, thin wall, can hear what’s happening in next room, small rooms, no fan in room on a hot day, never stay there again

Friendly staff and OK for the price, but there was an odd smell throughout the property and furniture littered about the hallways. Very poor quality bed and needs a bit of a touch up in general. Wouldn’t recommend if you are a light sleeper as it’s a very noisy pub till gone midnight but we expected as such. Good location.

It was a nice enough place for our short trip, the room was fairly comfortable and fairly clean. Its location is brilliant, everything we needed was nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The room was very dirty!!! No cleanliness , dirt everywhere, very unhappy with the stay !! Most importantly there were no air ventilation, the ceiling fan was useless , room was very hot and stuffy, only one window which was broken and dirty. No vent in the Toilet. On the whole very bad stay ever I had and I regret to book this hotel.

It was what we expected for an old pub. The showers were a bit different having dials to turn to adjust temperature and pressure. I’d stay here again it met our needs.

VERY BASIC NEGLECTED ROOM WHICH WAS COLD. CONDENSATION WAS RUNNING DOWN WINDOW. LOTS OF OLD FURNITURE ETC STORED IN HALLWAY AREAS ON WAY TO ROOM. GAVE THE IMPRESSION THAT IT WAS USED MORE AS A HALFWAY HOUSE - WHICH IS FINE BUT IN MY OPINION NOT SUITABLE FOR TRAVELLERS.
