This place was okay - clean and a very comfortable bed! Finding and getting into it was insane. No markings that it was a hotel so we spent an hour and a half trying to find it - we stood right in front on the door but no sign.

Code is sent for property entrance and room. Shame my room was by a busy main road but it was comfortable. Unfortunately the room occupied next door chosev to blast out club music at 9am on a Sunday, that's not the owners fault

The taxi driver had trouble finding the hotel since the name was different. The room was very clean and the bed and pillow were very comfortable. Small bathroom but functional. Had issues with our code to the room door since it did not work but the service quickly gave me a new code. One thing to note is that even though the advertised is saying 2nd floor , we had to climb 3 sets of very narrow stairs to get to our room with heavy suitcases 😩

No front desk, only a phone number to call for help. Check in is strictly enforced at 3:00pm. The four digit code, sent by email after you pay, to open the front door begins working at 3:00pm. No safe room or place inside the hotel to store your suitcase if you arrive before 3:00pm.

The only reason why this property got a two star rating was that the rooms were incredibly clean and the location was very good to restaurants and nightlife. However, I understood that there was no elevator however, nowhere was there any indication that you could be going up 2 1/2 flights of stairs with heavy luggage in Janeiro stairways and some without railings which was incredibly dangerous. I’m not sure how this receives an 8.7 rating because out of the three people that checked in the same day we did we were all very upset at the fact that none of this was explained in the description or we would not have booked.

Lovely room, great price, easy to find. Only suggesting id likr tk make, is maybe used some fabric softener on the towels.... (unless they were exfoliating towels...) Other then that, great stay.

The room was adequate. The electric mirror to dresser was not functional. Unfortunately there was a gas leak 200m down the road, and the attending workers were drilling until 2am! Not a restful stay.

Booking was needlessly complicated. The hotel never responded to emails and never answered calls. The hotel tried to charge me again for the room when I'd already paid in full through Expedia. The room was shabby and not very clean, old coffee/tea residue in mugs etc and music was being played untill 3am. Personally i will never stay there again or use Expedia. I've had so much better experiences with your competitors so i will choose them again in the future and give them my business.

Only downside was the check in procedure which didn't seem to work when I attempted to it. However, door code sent and access duly gained. Nice comfy room. It mentioned about noise from outside, but didn't hear anything personally. Bed was made each day with coffee etc topped up. Made for a nice base for a couple of days
