「Bottom line: there was no hot water and the entire hotel smelled. Our actual room seemed clean but everything reeked of something. The shower was ice cold and maintenance was not available to help. The staff, to their credit, offered to switch rooms but there was nothing available on that floor and since we were leaving in a few hours it wasn’t worth moving all the luggage just to possibly still not have hot water. I will never stay here again. 」

「We had them come up and look at the cords hanging from the AC, he got it working. Always had to ask for cups. No hot tub but the pool was great. Breakfast got a little boring but we were there for 6 days.
The staff was very nice. We really liked Tiffany.」
