This property is roach infested every way you look that was a roach in both buildings in all three buildings. There were roaches. Please do not go here. It’s unsuitable to even have children there messes with your breathing and all that stuff I killed for them roaches.

I left after being in the room for 2 minutes due to bed bugs, dirt all over the room, a mysterious giant black spot on the wall, appliances ripped off the wall that were never fixed, and not just the room but the entire building smelled of cigarettes. Both you guys or red roof denied me my refund that I ABSOLUTELY DESERVE TO GET! I WILL NEVER USE RED ROOF OR EXPEDIA EVER AGAIN!
I have stayed in many motels in my life time . Some where you get what you pay . This property is the worse in my 64yrs . First room had no microwave. Ok bring one to the room . Nope I’m switching you . Next room, TV would not work , room unclean staff actually cleaned by they were trying to fix the TV . I have to move you. Room number three no power to tv and half the room . Room number 4 TV worked (yeah) went to take a shower after three hours of trying to check in . Shower doesn’t work . Unreal . You can hold the handle and get some water . Room had a sink doesn’t work out of light bulbs . This is not made up it’s 100 percent the truth . I went to do laundry at this hotel . Washer was empty washed my clothes . Went to put clothes in the dryer someone left the clothes 2 hrs and half later I’m still waiting . Went to the staff three times for help . I frigging took the clothes out myself and dryerd my clothes . Please Please bypass this hotel . I’m
Not one to have someone lose money but this was insane . Please please don’t book !!!
There isn't a full kitchen there was a refrigerator. Which was beneficial for me packing and preserving my insulin. The front desk charges you if you come to check in early. That's the first hotel I've ever experienced that at. I just lost a family member I only needed to change my clothes. There was no sympathetic response in any regard. I am from Virginia. But I live in Florida now every time I've come home to visit I stayed at that hotel which used to be called mulberry inn. I had better service when it was nearby ran down then I did this time. Sad. Overall the hotel is nice it's in a decent location.
It needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The people they let stay there and work there are horrible and it is ROACH INFESTED!!! A pest control person can’t fix that. And then they still haven’t sent my money back after I had pictures of that and the period blood on the second bed!!! They took the money and they said they will do a refund but how long? I had to pay for another place.

It's clear they're trying to improve the property. The staff were nice. Room was spacious. Only complaint was certain areas of the room were pretty dirty. No bugs or anything but much room to improve on cleaning.
Room smelt like bleach, no towels on arrival, the bedsheets were covered in dog hair, the paint in the bathroom was peeling off the ceiling bad, and the dressed in front of the TV was broken with the front of the draw just sitting on top. Not to mention the entire outside of this place smelt like marijuana.
The room was clean, but no housekeeping, even though I was there for a complete week. There were millipedes, crawling all over the property, including inside my room. The toilet would not flush completely unless you flush five or six times.
My son’s room had fruit flies in it. My room the fooor had black soot on it otherwise we were happy with our stay.

first room we were put in we had to immediately be taken out of and put into another room because of how dirty and miskept it was. there were huge dead worms on the floor. the new room was not much better- no vent in the bathroom and rather than cover the hole in the ceiling there was just a huge hole and spiders and bugs came thru throughout our stay. i would never stay here again. not to mention i’m still to get my security deposit back from my stay.

We had high hopes based on photos that this would be a reasonable visit. Never expected perfect, but at least clean and operational. The check in lounge seemed decent. But the room? The floor was so dirty I'm unsure it had been mopped anytime in the last month, we had to clean it to assure our pet could walk on it without getting sick. There was rotting previous tenant garbage under the sink and the television was stuck on a loading screen that didn't respond to any button on the remote. The room had a lingering stench of cigarette smoke the entire visit.
We are thankful we had our own blankets and pillows, I can only imagine how well anything else was maintained. This was a one night stay and it would have been too much of a hassle on our tight timeline to get a new room or have someone come clean it so we did it ourselves to be sure we were not late to our appointments in town.
But it was absolutely was disgusting, we should have known better with Red Roof. Lesson Learned.
