The hotel itself was impressively clean, which always enhances the overall experience. I particularly enjoyed the pool area; it was a fantastic place to unwind and relax after a day of sightseeing. "Just five minutes from the airport and the shuttle will take you into the Mallory Square area every hour. 10:30 is last shuttle back. Hopefully in the near future all the restaurants will be open and lobby bar but I didn’t have use any and didn’t know they weren’t done with renovations. Should have been told and at least discounted "

"Great experience overall! Clean hotel and pool, great local food and convenient shuttle service to downtown Key West. We did on site laundry… were told one price for a bag of clothing and were charged another, even though all items fit into their laundry bag and closed. We had the mimosa package special upon booking and it was never delivered upon, they stated we would get that refunded to us. Those were our only two complaints! "
