「This is a convenient and affordable option near SCL -- with an airport shuttle and early-morning breakfast buffet perfect for weary travelers. (Swimming pools and a fitness area are a nice touch!) The area isn't much to write home about (mostly warehouses and industrial buildings) but the on-site restaurant had a wide variety of professionally prepared dining options. Everyone here was friendly and helpful -- overall, you won't be disappointed!」

「We stayed here 2 times (before and after a side trip to Rapa Nui / Easter Island) and were able to leave excess luggage with the hotel while we were travelling between the 1st and 2nd hotel stays. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet - we booked a Suite - and we ate breakfast outside the hotel. The area around the hotel felt safe and quiet, and the MUT (Mercado Urbana Tobalaba) is walkable and includes a great food court in the basement. 」

「This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. Hotel staff was warm and lovely, the day we arrived there was pouring rain and we were soaking wet, she immediately did some arrange for us so that we could clean ourselves and freshen up. 「Hotel is pretty nice, good location but after service is quite poor I have stayed from 23rd - 26th Dec and have settled the payment in advance. They ask for my credit card for deposit purpose, when I check out they charged me 2 times the room fee without any notice (on 28 Dec) and when I reach out to them via email, no response was made (now considering reaching out on phone but yeah I am not based in Chile you know) Let's see how it goes, probably need to make some calls, bad experience 」
