DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Santiago - Vitacura
The room was spacious and clean. The check in was excellent! The bar has a great mocktail menu. The only downside was the check out clerk who was rude and patronizing, don’t know his name, has a white patch on his hair.

The bedrooms are a good size and clean.The lobby is a tad sterile and the swimming pool was smaller than the pocture suggested.The driver of the clcourtrsu bus demanding tips is not a good feel for this airport hotel.

Air conditioning unit needs to be clean, the vents were duty. The bed frame were old, after sleeping the next day I had issues with me back. Service was very good. Nice place, needs updating in some areas. Overall a good experience
