NH Ciudad is a contemporary hotel with all you'd expect from a chain (in a good way). Breakfasts provided a variety of food (many breads, several different sweet and savory pastries, numerous juices, and scrambled eggs as well as yogurt and cereals). The room was a suite with two beds. It would have been perfect if there was a mirror in the bathroom, and if the thermostat actually worked, but otherwise, we were happy and slept very well every night!

1st time in Santiago and from 1st check-in to final departure we were treated with excellent service and were made to feel very welcome. The gentleman who checked us in was very efficient and personable.

It was nice clean, and spacious. The breakfast was nice. The beds were comfortable. The shower head was weird and water sprayed outside tub. Would rather have just a walk in shower and one that does spray water all over. Only a 1/4 size glass shower wall.

Hot and healthy breakfast

Excellent facility. Really liked the healthy and hot breakfast options including Fredh cut fruit and juices unlike what you find in US, unhealthy and frozen options. Very clean and friendly staff. My next stay I would prefer the same place

Comfortable hotel in nice location average service

Comfortable hotel in providencia close to barrio italia and many eating options a few blocks away, very big room, but without any decoration, perhaps part of the renovation work. Room was a bit noisy at night, with some pipes clicking and sounding, but earplugs would do. Service from personnel att reception is ok (not rude but nothing more than needed). We had to remind them about the courtesy water bottle, other than that all good.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was good. I stayed at a room on the 11th floor. It was very spacious and quiet. It had a separate living room, separate large bedroom with a comfy king size bed, large bathroom and huge walk-in closet. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the gym was closed the whole week I stayed there. If I knew the gym was closed, I would have stayed somewhere else. They need to disclose that when booking and provide alternatives or compensation. Also, I ordered a burger as room service and it was not good. There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again.
