"I asked for a desk chair and they didn’t have one, gave me an old uncomfortable chair that didn’t swivel, I asked for an iron and it didn’t work, not hot enough, they say parking included, but you have to walk like 4 blocks it’s not on site. "This place is truly impeccable and high end! From the moment we arrived, the greeting and check-in process was seamless, warm, and highly professional. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, and both the building and guests are cared for to an exceptionally high standard. Every detail feels thoughtful and refined without ever feeling pretentious. The rooftop bar is absolutely breathtaking, with incredible views across the summit of Cerro San Cristóbal. The breakfast was unlike anything we’ve experienced before. The à la carte offering was outstanding, and as frequent travellers, that is not something we say lightly. We were only transiting through Santiago on this occasion, but after this experience we will definitely be back. Highly recommended."
