「The time we walked into the hotel we were treated like family When ever we need something one of the staff were there to help The breakfast was amazing and the ladies working there made sure we had everything we needed The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable The hotel itself was situated in a great location. Easy to walk to many attractions and surrounded by a variety of restaurants 」

「The staff did their best to help the guests and keep the hotel clean. It is a small hotel but the rooms were a good size. The entrance seems tight but they make it work.」

「This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. Hotel staff was warm and lovely, the day we arrived there was pouring rain and we were soaking wet, she immediately did some arrange for us so that we could clean ourselves and freshen up.
