「Upon arrival the front desk clerk who helped me was in my opinion rude. I can understand if the room isn’t ready at check-in but with giving minimal information such as I’ll see what’s going but coming back with nothing is unacceptable. Then taking care of the next person offering snacks at check in and basically giving me the cold shoulder while I wait. Everyone has a bad day but if I’m not giving you attitude for my wait I don’t accept attitude for your seemingly incompetence!」

「Staff very nice, rooms clean but bar was not open」

「Carpet on hallway was dirty inside the room as well. We have broken tiles on bathroom. We don’t have any hand soap. I was looking for a good quality hotel so that’s why I went with this one year but I won’t go back to this place, the breakfast was ok and the coffee.」

「The staff was very nice and inviting! However the building is definitely in need of some updating. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast or use the pool so I cannot comment on those amenities.」

「Horrible! An utter waste of money, just don’t go there.」

「Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent buffet for breakfast.」

「I gave a 4 stars because of the staff, not for the hotel. The staff has been very helpful when I had issues with the room with a handicap. They also made sure that the place is clean. Breakfast is ok. The usual continental. But the room needs to be fixed and upgraded. Everything in that hotel is old.」

「This is relaxation at its best」

「Hotel smelled like marijuana and found mold in my room. Staff did not offer to refund or apologize, instead switched us to a room that was also dirty. There were stains across the walls as and on the furniture and the shower was not cleaned. The rooms smell of mildew.」

「Very good」

「Insects in the room, on the wall, and kitchen counter.」
