「Excellent resort, we will be back !」

「Booked a 7-night stay but left after 2 nights due to poor conditions. Upon arrival around 6:00 PM, there was no running water. Had to shower using an outdoor faucet at a neighboring resort. No towels were provided in the room upon check-in. When water service resumed the next day, only cold water was available.
