「My wife and I stayed at the Westwind Inn this past weekend and were disappointed by both the value and customer service. When we arrived, the parking lot was nearly empty. We learned only 3 of the Inn's 32 rooms were occupied Friday night. Due to issues with the Inn's website, I had to book through Expedia and was assigned a woods-facing room. Given how empty the property was, I asked about moving to a lake-view room. Although many were available, I was charged an additional $75 per night plus...

「Staff moved us from upper level to lower level, which was much better for myself being with medical issues, very much. Appreciated parking was in front of the room. Thank you」

「We have stayed here for any years, at least 3 times per year. We go to Lindsay for dog shows. This is one of our favorite hotels. The property is always in good condition and clean. The staff are fabulous. did not get to use the pool this time but have in the past and love it」

「Great staff, clean, updated rooms, good breakfast, pleasant location」

「We went there on our wedding night. Just out of town so we could be away for one night. The service was great. At night there were hockey kids running and screaming and banging the halls. Totally inappropriate, especially when not all guests are there for hockey. I couldn't find the phone in the room. Didn't realize they moved them from the side table by the bed to the desk. When we woke and were checking out I informed them of our disappointment at the desk. Basically said no one else...

「They were easy to deal with. Good Breakfast and room.」

「The hotel service staff are very welcoming and make people feel comfortable. But the facilities are too old, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is very loud, which is unbearable! The breakfast was very basic, the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had.」

「Outstanding stay and lovely owners. Definitely coming back!」

「Quite clean, easy accessible, value for money and friendly hotel」
