"Saucy Willow is off the beaten track and an impressive find. None of us know when booking online from pictures and others giving their reviews what a place will actually be like. We were not disappointed in the least. Immaculate, pristine and peaceful are just 3 adjectives I can use to describe the Saucy Willow. Dave is the owner, he was sure to make time for us as each morning as he prepared for the Continental Breakfast. And btw, extraordinary! If you need a getaway to the Kawartha’s, visit the Saucy Willow. You will be very glad you did."

"Another fantastic day at the Peterborough Inn highly recommend this establishment. Right in the center of downtown, friendly and knowledgeable staff, multiple access routes to get across the river, a 15% discount diners club card and a five minute walk from a grocery store for anything else you might need. 10 minute walk to catch the go bus or municipal transit. I spent a lot of time on the Rotary greenway Trail, lots of fun for avid cyclists & long boarders. It’s nice to come home to a Jacuzzi tub after a day out on the board. Trent University also has a free seven day trial pass for the athletic center. Great Facility."

"The property reminded me of the cottage I grew up with. The view of the sunsets was spectacular. it is rustic and simple. the enclosed front porch was great. Beach access was right across a small road. it was private and never crowded. we plan on coming back next year"

"Beautiful property right by Sturgeon Lake. Nicely appointed rooms with robes, slippers and corner jacuzzi tub. Very clean. Food and service was excellent. Very quiet too. Views of the lake from our room, dining room and patio. There’s also a beach but didn’t try it out this time. Playing 9 holes of golf on their course. I would stay here again."
