The hotel front desk was very friendly. The breakfast was included and was very tasty. The waffles were delicious. The rooms were clean and looked they had been updated.

Clean spacious rooms, staff were helpful, breakfast was standard like every other hotel we have lived in. Swimming pool is not deep which is great, gets crowded with kids. Take a towel to the pool, as people use them all. Pets are allowed on the property not in the breakfast area which is great. Overall it was a good experience.

We didn't use the pool, although it looked nice. Our room was recently updated with what looked like new laminated flooring. Nice king bed and big bathroom. Check in staff and house keeping super friendly. Husband enjoyed the full free breakfast and said it was good (I'm celiac so didn't risk the contamination). I would recommend, good value for what you get.

Very clean, staff was very friendly and easy to interact with. Quiet area and lots of Parking on site, well lit at night. Far enough away from the core to avoid nighttime noise from the local bars. Would recommend this stay to anyone I know and would return if the situation presented itself :)

The staff were friendly and efficient. Checking in and out was quick and easy. The room was quiet. I didn’t hear the traffic. Our room was clean, the pillows fluffy, and the sheets were crisp. It was a pleasant stop over.

Had two rooms on my reservation. Checked in to the first room and didn't have a shower curtain. Housekeeping rectified the situation quite quickly. Checked in to the second room a few hours later and that room didn't have a shower curtain either. Went to the front desk where the guy handed me a curtain to put it on myself. TV in my room didn't work. Bedside lamps were unplugged. Hotel was noisy at night. Floors are paper thin. Ask for a room on the top floor. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel needs major upgrading! Bathroom counter cracked and stained. Water damage in the ceiling. Hall way floor to the room is cracked and the carpet ripped. A large fan in the hallway outside of our room do to airconditioning problems the front desk said. I was very disappointed!

Our suite provided an area for us to have another couple join us for a chat. Some difficulty with room entry key programming but they provided new ones. Noisy in halls but no fault of the staff just baseball teams of young kids running without parental supervision.

No safety bar in bathroom. No table and chairs to eat or for childten to coloour. Bedding was all white so we were afraid to let the children eat ot play.

The rooms were very clean. Comfortable. The only complaint lobby and common room for continental breakfast no air conditioning very uncomfortable. Breakfast was good.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting! We booked a king bed with a pullout sofa. The first impression was this was an older hotel that needed some love and a good cleaning. The bathroom was filled with mold and mildew - the tub had a really strange area in the back that looked like it was scraped down and then filled with something and roughly sanded back down. We pulled back the bedding to get into bed and the sheets were soiled. There was mold on the wall near the heater/ac unit and the paint was all bubbled up. The lamp shades were filthy and full of dust. There pull out sofa had seen better days. The front desk attendant did move us to a different room, but was very apprehensive about changing our room and seemed very bothered by it. The second room was slightly better - the laminate near the sink was being held down by several screws and just needed a good deep clean. The pull out sofa was stained and gross. The pool area needs to be updated- the strong chlorine smelled burned our eyes and noses. The pool water was really low and could easily have another 6 inches of water added and had a visible scum line. The paint was peeling and chipping around the pool deck. Breakfast was lack luster at best. Several foods were out and we were told that they would not be refilling. Tables were all dirty. I travel often for work and pleasure with my family - this was by far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. We booked a king sized bed with sofa pull out. Our first night we stayed in room 310, pulled back the sheets on the bed and the were soiled, mold on the wall near the heater/AC unit, filthy lamp shades, the shower and bathroom were full of mold and mildew, the pull out sofa looked like it had seen better days as well. The gentleman at the front desk did move us to a different room, but seemed annoyed at our request. The second room was slightly better, and at least had clean sheets. The bathroom counter had several screws in place to hold down the laminate. The pullout sofa was in rough shape and the fabric was stained. The pool should be closed as well. The extremely strong smell of chlorine burned our noses. The water level was low and could have used about another 6-8 inches of water. The pool deck had peeling and chipped paint. Over all, avoid this hotel and look elsewhere.
