「We had a nice stay, but expectacions was higher. Rooms a bit outdated, but still nice. In restaurant we ordered a bit special dishes, but all came mixed up, but they corrected it third time. All together, not a bad stay, just few things could be made better. We are still happy with the stay」

The history of this cozy property along with the delicious food prepared by Chef Ombeni Tz (his traditional cuisine is delicious) made our 3 night stay one of our top locations to recommend. The large variety of tropical plants and sound of the flowing water throughout the property was relaxing…but be sure to visit the spa and ask for Caroline (Sagara)—she has over 20 years experience and is an amazing masseuse. 「Great staff. I would not class this as a five star hotel. It is situated outside the city and I was the only guest. Electric kept going off but the staff were really kind. The spa was good but in Aruba you must have a doctor for the spa and the doctor at this spa was missing. Many services were not available because he was not there. 」

「Staff were 5 star quality - really impressed that while I was there it was my home - nothing was to big or small to ask. Handy distance from town without being too close. Nice and quiet in the evenings 😊 They even packed a breakfast for me to take to the airport when I left at 0300 😳 Food was great in the restraunt and quick walk to local vendors. Felt safe in the hotel and walking in the local area. Thanks to the whole team for giving such personalised customer care 💜」

「酒店房间太小，厕所地漏太牛逼了，洗完澡水都漫到卧室了。提前一个周预定了房间并收取了费用，入住当天居然前台说没房间了，也没有任何邮件及电话通知，总之整个体验太糟糕了。」

「Food was pretty good, room was clean and quiet. Gym was relatively okay - went beyond the usual treadmills. Please add a few more heavier weights. The staff were excellent- friendly and helpful. Would recommend it to others.」

「This place is so beautiful, we felt a little bit like in the middle of the jungle thanks to all the trees around. The rooms are also really nice. The staff was helpful, the dinner at the restaurant was good... The only little problem we got is the wifi wasn't working from the rooms, but that wasn't a big deal for us. We loved Kizumba house」

While the property is not within walking distance of nearby restaurants or markets, taxis were always readily available to take us wherever we needed to go.
