「This was a fantastic place to stay! Built in 1959, the hotel has tons of character and didn't feel corporate. We really appreciated the friendly staff and owner. My wife also really enjoyed the spa. Thank you for a great stay! This is truly a hidden gem!」

「Staff were 5 star quality - really impressed that while I was there it was my home - nothing was to big or small to ask. Handy distance from town without being too close. Nice and quiet in the evenings 😊 They even packed a breakfast for me to take to the airport when I left at 0300 😳 Food was great in the restraunt and quick walk to local vendors. Felt safe in the hotel and walking in the local area. Thanks to the whole team for giving such personalised customer care 💜」

「A true disaster. Booked pickup from airport, but no one came. When arriving to the hotel at 3 o clock in the morning - there was no rooms available even though my reservation was booked, confirmed and paid via Hotels. They send us to a hotel nearby where we could stay some hours (they needed the rooms for new guests) and the quality and standard was VERY low. Came back to SG Hotel and spoke to the manager who offered a dinner and a drink which we did not accept. I demanded a cash refund which...

「Das ganze Hotel ist vernachlässigt........., unglaublich, dass wir für ein Einzelzimmer über 80Euro zahlen mußten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, aber brauchen Renovierung, besonders die Bäder....... Prima ist die Lage, man kann vieles in der Stadt zu Fuß erledigen oder aber ein TucTuc nutzen. Das Personal war freundlich, aber alles super langsam.......」

「We arrived for a late check in and staff was there to greet us. That was a very nice touch. Staff were excellent. Room was clean and amenities adequate. We were given a room with the view of Kilimanjaro which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again. 」
